The Pogue Mahone Pickle Story
My name is Sam Addison. I own this company and proudly make these Pickles each week. I am 29 years old and recently graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy in Austin TX. Food and Cooking are my life and these Pickles are my proudest creation. I have been working on these recipes for over ten years now, tweaking and adjusting even the smallest details. (much like a scientist, a very mad scientist) This is the first time that they have ever been available to the public and I am very excited to share them with you.
A wonderful Irishman once told me: "These are the best damned Pickles in the world. Anyone who disagrees can Pogue Mahone!" |
